Executive Assistant

Come join our team!  The Executive Assistant is a key position that supports Peace Haven’s Executive Director, Board of Trustees, and, occasionally, the Director of Operations.  We are seeking a spiritually-minded individual to be responsible for coordinating a variety of critical duties and projects.  The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and enjoy multi-tasking in a detail-oriented and fast-paced team environment.  Come be part of the healing mission of Peace Haven.  Contact Human Resources for more information today!

Position Requirements Include:        

  • Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail and ability to follow-through

  • Exhibits resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; remain positive, professional, and effective in a fast-paced environment

  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office programs with willingness and ability to learn new or updated software

  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings when needed

  • Knowledge of donor tracking systems preferred

 

Position Qualifications Include:

  • Is an active member of a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, and of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts

  • Is class taught by an authorized teacher of Christian Science

  • Holds a Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
