Compliance Manager

Do you enjoy creating and maintaining systems and solving problems creatively?  Do you have strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills?  Do you enjoy helping others learn new things?  If so, this may be the job for you! We are seeking a full-time individual who will be responsible for managing Peace Haven’s compliance with The Commission for Accreditation of Christian Science Nursing Organizations/Facilities, State of Missouri regulations for Intermediate Care Facilities, and Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services requirements. Work includes annually reviewing our licensing and accreditation requirements and then working with other key Peace Haven employees to update policies and then prepare and deliver staff training. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Membership in a Journal-listed branch Church of Christ, Scientist, or Christian Science Society
