Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing

If you have a strong sense of dedication and love for the healing ministry of Christian Science nursing this may be the job for you! We are seeking a full-time, Journal-listed Christian Science Nurse to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing. Reporting to the Director of Christian Science Nursing, this position will oversee the day-to-day activities of all Christian Science nursing care and Christian Science nursing supervisors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a Christian Science nursing practice that is exemplary in metaphysical clarity, sound judgement, skilled care, and clear ethics; possess the ability to effectively manage others; and have a minimum of three years’ experience in a facility setting and knowledge of all aspects of Christian Science Nursing. Successful completion of higher-level coursework in Christian Science Nursing Arts training is preferred, but not required.

Position Requirements Include:        

• Membership in The Mother Church

• Membership in a Journal-listed branch Church of Christ, Scientist, or a Christian Science Society

• Christian Science Class Instruction

• Meets the requirements of Article VIII, Section 31, “Christian Science Nurse,” in the Manual of The Mother Church

• Advertises as a Christian Science Nurse in The Christian Science Journal
